I don't remember my student portal password. What should I do?

If you forgot your password go to elgin.edu website. In the top right corner click on AccessECC link, which will take you to the login page. Beneath the Sign in button find New Users start here| Forgot User ID/Password link and click on it. If you remember your user ID and just need to reset your password, start from the second link "Get/ Reset my password". If, however, you also forgot your User ID, start from the first link "Show me my User ID and my Student / Employee ID" and follow the instructions.

Attention: When filling out your information for "Show me my User ID and my Student / Employee ID" use either your student ID number in field 3 OR the last four digits of your SS#. If you enter both, you will get an error 005 message and won't be able to proceed.
