How do I change my address?

You may change your address on the portal at www.elgin.edu/accessecc. Click on the Self-Service App. Then click on your name in the top right corner and chose User Profile.

On the About You page, you can update your address, email address and phone number.  If you are changing your address from out-of-district to in-district you will need to provide documentation of your new address before you will be billed at the in-district tuition rate. Documentation can be emailed to registration@elgin.edu or can be brought in person to the Registration Office, Building B, B105.

Students may also update their addresses in the Registration office, Building B, B105.
