How do I reset my password for the portal?356 views

Click “Get/Reset My Password.”
If your User ID isn’t already displayed, enter it and click “Submit.”

Next, answer your security questions and type the numeric code shown on the screen. You’ll then choose how to receive your validation code—either by email or text message.

If no validation options appear, please contact the IT Help Desk at 847-214-7570 for assistance.


Creating Your Password

Your new password must:

  • Be at least eight characters long
  • Include both uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Include at least one number
  • Not contain any part of your name
